Avoid eating acidic foods and foods that cause acid reflux (tomatoes, citric fruit, spicy fried foods, fatty meats, dairy products, chocolate, and caffeine are all the culprits)
Avoid brushing teeth for 60 minutes after relapse
Rinse mouth with clean water after reflux
Take a sugar-free antacid and let it dissolve in your mouth
Chewing xylitol gum or other sugarless chewing gum, lozenges or candy
