Are children safe from soda and other beverages?

Dentists believe that children who consume too much soda and do not have enough nutritional beverages are prone to tooth decay in addition to serious diseases such as diabetes and osteoporosis in their later years. Drinking carbonated soft drinks on a regular basis can cause enamel erosion. Decomposition leads to voids. If the erosion under the enamel diffuses, it may eventually lead to pain and sensitivity. This may lead to nerve infections, which may lead to the need for root canals.
