When I entered the field in 2005, the laser was much more expensive. When spending this money on soft-tissue devices, it's hard to quantify the return on investment. But that is really one of my most surprises, because it is cut with vitality water. This is a cool cut compared to soft tissue lasers and all cuts use heat, so my patient's tissue responds much more, does less discomfort after surgery, and works much faster.
My favorite word has always been 'wow'. You can have the patient say "wow" any time, or you get a team member who helps to say "wow" in the program, that's golden time.
