Well, I'll lie to you. If you have a commandment (to pull out the tooth), look at the bottom of it, with a number on it. Even Numbers are used on top, and odd Numbers are used at the bottom.
Here are the most common ones:
150 - on the Pre - molars
151 - low pre - molars
88 r - right upper molar
88 l - upper left molar
23 - lower molar (also known as horn)
