I've never used my instrument before. I've been trying to reach agreements with my sales representatives (from Patterson, Schein, to anywhere) to introduce hufriedy or Premiere representatives, who usually give me a lot of tools when they need it. In the past few years, the premiere has dominated much of the business. They have good products and they usually make you do well. Push sales representatives - they can "buy x, get x free" deals because they have deals offered from their companies. A good deal doesn't have to be money - it can be free. For the amount of money you spend in retirement, I always feel that in the long run, new instruments will be better. Just make sure that your employees know how to hone their instruments properly. Most Musical Instruments are destroyed because of lack of sharp honing. Your hufreidy or Premiere representative can show your employees how to improve properly.
