Placing an order

 

1. How do I search for a product?

A search entry box can be found at the top row on the Dentalsuppliers.com.au website. Type the product’s name or relevant keywords and click on the magnifying glass icon. You will be redirected to a search result page with the most relevant products and/or product categories.
 

2. How do I order a product?
When you want to order a product, click on ‘add to cart’ and the item will be added to your shopping basket. You then can decide whether you want to check out or continue shopping.
 

3. How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
When you have successfully completed the order process, you will receive an order confirmation E-mail. This E-mail counts as proof for a successfully completed order and contains a summary of all relevant details concerning your order.

 

4. How do I change or cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed and you want to change or cancel your order, this is possible if we have not yet shipped the parcel(s). So, please contact, service@Dentalsuppliers.com.au.


5. Can I add another item to my order?
Every step of the order process offers the opportunity to add more items. Only after you have passed the payment phase, you will need to contact customer services to apply changes to your order by service@Dentalsuppliers.com.au
 

6. Can I get a discount when I order large quantities?
It is possible to receive a discount when ordering large quantities. If you are planning on doing so, please send us an E-mail at service@Dentalsuppliers.com.au.
