How to prevent the tooth cavity?

Most of the time, dental caries are caused by high sugar content foods and lack of brushing. Limiting the intake of sugar and brushing teeth regularly will help. The longer the child chew on food, the longer the remaining teeth and the greater the chance of dental caries.
Every time someone eats, an acid reaction occurs in the mouth as bacteria digest sugar. The reaction lasted about 20 minutes. During this period, the acidic environment will destroy the tooth structure and eventually cause dental holes.
The consistency of one's saliva also has an effect; thinner saliva breaks down and removes food more quickly. When a person eats a high carbohydrate and sugar diet, they tend to have thicker saliva, which in turn allows more acidogenic bacteria that can produce tooth decay.
