Soft to medium toothbrushes are recommended. Place the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle where the gums meet the teeth. Brush the outer surface of the tooth with a small, gentle brush stroke and gently gently move the toothbrush several times in a circular motion. Use slight pressure when brushing your teeth, but not too much pressure makes you feel uncomfortable.
After cleaning the exterior surfaces of all teeth, clean the inside of the posterior teeth in the same direction.
To clean the inner surfaces of the upper and lower front teeth, hold the brush vertically. Make slight back and forth movements on each tooth. Do not forget to brush your teeth around the gum tissue.
Next, you will clean the bite surface of your teeth by using a short, gentle stroke. Always change the position of the brush as needed to reach and clean all surfaces. Try to see yourself in the mirror and make sure to clean each surface. When done, rinse hard to remove any patches that may loosen when brushing.
