What’s the best way to brush?

Just because your teeth are made of hard wax does not mean that you should scrub them like a dirty pot.
Rozenberg said: "Scrubbing too much, or too hard a toothbrush can damage gums and enamel.
Brush your teeth for 2 minutes (half a minute for each quadrant) and use a soft-bristled toothbrush.
Ideally, teeth should be brushed after each meal or snack to quickly remove decay-causing, off-flavored particles (such as food) and bacteria from the tooth surface.
If this seems impossible, then aim at least twice a day. Rozenberg said that not brushing will increase the risk of tooth decay, bad breath, tooth decay and bone loss.
