Why is teeth-grinding bad for you?

Bruxism (or bruxism) is a person in whom the person implicated grinds his or her abnormal teeth. Brooksism occurs in most people but is often negligible or occasional, and does not affect one's health. But when molars become more frequent, it can cause serious complications that can result in serious damage to the jaws and teeth.
Chronic teething may be very harmful to one's oral health. If you have been grinding your teeth for many years, your teeth may wear or break, and you may eventually lose them if you do not treat them. When your teeth are broken or worn, treatments such as crowns, bridges, root canals, or implants may be required.
Severe bruxism will not only harm your teeth, it may also damage your chin. If left untreated, this problem may result in partial hearing loss, affecting the temporomandibular joint (TMJ), and even changing the appearance of the face.
