When should wisdom teeth be extracted?

Wisdom teeth are also called third molars, and wisdom teeth are the furthest teeth in the oral posterior teeth. For those teeth that completely explode and function fully, leave enough room in the upper and lower jaws. But most people do not have enough space and wisdom teeth are still partially or completely affected.
Wisdom teeth should not be removed to prevent other teeth from shifting. Research has not yet confirmed this theory. However, in other cases, it is recommended to remove wisdom teeth, especially when affected:
Root absorption of the second molar;
Pericoronitis or gingival ridges around the wisdom tooth during half weeks of infection ;
Bone defect around wisdom teeth;
Because it is difficult to achieve proper sanitary conditions, wisdom teeth on the advanced cavity;
A cyst (or very few tumors) that surrounds wisdom teeth;
If the lower wisdom teeth are not there (and vice versa), the upper wisdom teeth should be removed because they may appear too much and cause problems.
