Brushing your teeth twice daily, using fluoride toothpaste and daily flossing will help keep your mouth healthy. Flush mouth with alcohol-free mouthwash. Remember to ingest enough vitamins and minerals in your diet, especially vitamins A, C and D, protein, calcium and phosphorus.
Eat healthy, balanced diet. The baby's first tooth begins to develop after three months of pregnancy. A healthy diet with dairy products, cheese and yogurt is a good source of these essential minerals and is good for your baby's developing teeth, gums and bones.
