Do they work?

Dental implants have revolutionized dentistry by allowing us to replace missing teeth without destroying our natural teeth. Implants are metal (titanium) posts on which new dentures are placed.
Dental implants have been used successfully by thousands of patients over the past 30 years. A success rate of more than 90%, in rare cases, can often be redone. In contrast, the lack of a sufficient number of bones to place the implants would prevent their use.
