Taking care of your teeth?

In order to better protect your oral health, flossing is very important for daily use, brushing teeth twice a day with fluoride toothpaste, to the dentist to clean at least twice a year. Here are some tips for better dental health:

Use a soft bristled toothbrush to reach each surface of each tooth. If the bristles on the toothbrush are bent or frayed, buy a new one.
Change the toothbrush once every three months or replace the toothbrush after it becomes ill.
Choose fluoride toothpaste. This can reduce as much as 40 percent of tooth decay.
Brush properly. To clean the outer surface of the tooth, position the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle between the gums and the tooth. Gently move the brush with a short, gentle brush stroke. To clean the inner surfaces of the upper and lower front teeth, hold the brush vertically. A few gentle strokes on each tooth and the gingival tissue around it. Brush for at least three minutes.
Floss normal. Use reciprocation to gently insert dental floss between the teeth. Do not force the floss or snap it in place. Turn the dental floss into a C-shape on one tooth, then the other tooth.
