What Type of Floss Should I Use?

There are two types of dental floss to choose from:

Nylon (or multifilament) floss
PTFE (monofilament) floss
Nylon floss is available wax and not wax, and in a variety of flavors. Since this type of dental floss is made up of many nylon filaments, it can sometimes tear or tear, especially between the point-touching teeth. Although more expensive, monofilament (PTFE) floss tends to slide between the teeth even though the gap between the teeth is narrow and is practically shatterproof. When used correctly, both types of dental floss are very good at moving plaque and debris.

Use about 18 "floss, leaving one or two inches of work.
Gently follow the curve of your teeth.
Be sure to clean under the gums, but do not bite the floss on the gums.
