Do patients have good brushing habits? If a patient without good oral hygiene, or are in the development of many cavities, I usually suggest unplug wisdom tooth, just in order to prevent unnecessary tooth decay, some more difficult to clean teeth, this may lead to more serious problems.
Are wisdom teeth moving in the right direction? If not, it's best to remove your teeth to prevent problems with your teeth or gums.
Do wisdom teeth cause mandible? If so, they should be removed because they can alter the arrangement and structure of other teeth in the mouth.
A lot of people don't realize this, but when you're young, there's a good reason for your wisdom teeth to be removed: it's simply simple, and not so complicated.
