Why are the Physics dental instruments forceps So Effective?

By combining the biomechanical advantages of the primary lever with the biochemical reactions that are taking place, tooth extraction has never been easier than using the physical forceps. Hyaluronic acid is released when periodontal ligament is injured by tweezers or lifts. Once the chemical breakdown of the periodontal ligament of hyaluronic acid is sufficient, the tooth will be released from the attachment to the alveoli and can be removed.
This explains why physical pliers fixed between the periodontal ligament and trauma, in a relatively short period of time, better than the traditional tweezers or elevator to extract can release the hyaluronidase, because these techniques wound is intermittent. This makes the physical pliers more efficient, faster, and less traumatic for alveolar bone.
