There are thousands of agencies that want to close this guy! Your state has a regulatory body, and in terms of health regulations, the California dental association will be a good place to start. This guy needs to shut up. I'm sure he's cheap, that's why he's doing business, but I'm sure that if a person looks around, they won't want any of his work.
