Can anyone identify this dental tool ebay?

This is a low-speed hand (drill). The burdock sticks in its head. The hole on the top of the part is the head, and it wrung at the bottom.
If you have it and don't know what it is, I guess it just hovered around for a while, huh?
Handmade goods are very expensive and must be maintained. They often need oil, and I bet that hasn't been done yet.
Don't expect too much.
I don't think I'm going to find a dentist who buys used instruments from someone who doesn't know what EBay is.
Good luck, though! !
Let us know how much you got!
