Ultra sonic cleaner is used in water only and its used to clean instruments for hospital mainly stainless steel instruments that are used in operations and they also clean jewlery with it, unless you want to imerse your phone in water i would recomend that the ultrasonic cleaner who ever is selling to you is not an ultasonic.
