Is there dental handpiece turbines soundless?

Not at all. Most are run by small air turbines, and there is always an exhaust noise - the noise of the drill.
However, there are also some high-speed electric hands that do not use air turbines. They were quiet, but still a little noisy. I mean, any rotation about 100,000 RPM or more would make a noise.
No matter how quiet the hand is, it still makes a sound when the bit touches the tooth. This is different from "drilling noise," but it still exists.
