Some dentistry schools have simulated clinics in their pre-clinical laboratories. All of the dentists completed their pre-clinical work before they were allowed to go to the clinic (mostly dental prosthodontics with plastic teeth). Some schools like UPenn have a computerised version where lasers can pinpoint exactly where you are and then project it on a computer. It can tell you how good your preparation is compared to your ideal.
Of course, all this is for the dentists. I wonder if you can download anything, like no thoracic surgery, a cat, or a car engine.
