For hygiene, buy 2.5 times loupes. If you magnify the magnification, you will reduce the size of the field (you won't see the whole mouth because of the magnification)
If you're wearing glasses and don't want to talk to the patient every time, or write on the chart (you don't like to do it in a loop, even if you can see the edges), you should make some changes. Otherwise it'll be in front of the camera, because it's lighter. Some people think they want to adjust themselves, so they want to change, but in the end they want to get TTL.
If you don't want to buy cheap frames or distorted images, buy a good brand. (orascoptic, vision, surgitel, etc.)
