Module 1 - molding surface: this part will get the most "wear", which is easiest to build with ordinary tools and materials. To complete
Module 2 - keep frame: 3/4 "steel pipe MiG welding. Install hinge and clamping device. Alternative materials can also be used, including aluminum square tubes or even 1x1 pine trees. To complete
Module 3 - molding car: this is made up of 2x4 and 24 inch MDF. I added the casters, so it was easy to move in the store. Considering how much space the machine takes up, I'm thinking of making my machine a "desktop" version; Don't have a car!
Module 4 - The Oven: made from a 3'x5' sheet of 1/2" Hardibacker 500* concrete backer board, a length of precoilled Nichrome wire #22, and some 60 ceramic posts. External shielding is made from the Hardibacker 500, an angle iron 1" base is also made to hold the whole thing together. An electrical box with wire and a switch. The oven works! DONE
Module 5 - oven stroller: like a molding car, this is made up of 2x4 and 24 inch MDF. Again, I need more space in my store, so it's off to design a desktop box for my machine.
Module 6 - vacuum system
