Who makes the best decision is just the person who answers the question. (this is mine) yes, miller, hobart, Lincoln is a great machine. I prefer a thermal arc machine. I've been using it for one day (six days/week), and it's been ten years now and I can't kill it. It's much more expensive than the others. But in my opinion, the money is worth it. If the money is limited, I will, as I don't want to admit, go to miller. (I'm out of luck. Miller got some parts)
