The most successful way to weld aluminum is to use a helium bow... If your work is small and you don't have a plan for long-term aluminum welding, then you can go to a welding company and rent the machines/equipment. Or a commercial building leasing machine... The rent will be much less than the cost of replacing your current welding tig torch.
